The Black Dragon be more than a beautiful pirate ship; she is manned by a gathering of thieves, brigands, cutthroats and back-stabbing blackguards, the likes of which have not been seen since the days of Blackbeard! Our cutthroat pirate crew will take you on a pirating adventure you will not soon (if ever) forget! We’ll sail in the Laguna Madre in search of treasure and adventure! Be a part of our adventure and learn to fight like a pirate, speak like a pirate, and hunt for treasure like a pirate. You might even start to look and smell like a pirate! We be learnin’ ye’ the fine arts of water pistol fighting and sword duelin’. There may well be some ship to shore or ship to ship fightin’! We must protect our treasure! While we be pirating, we be also sight seeing. It be common for us to be seein’ dolphins, pelicans, osprey, seagulls, fantastic sunsets, and much more! Be a part of the adventure! She mounts 10 “cannons,” fired by computer with a full range of visual and audio effects. When her cannons roar, you’ll think you’re in the middle of a 17th century naval battle. Due to her galleon hull configuration, Black Dragon is “sea sweet” and rides like a luxury liner, but she is so nimble, she can turn on her own radius. She can actually execute a 360 degree turn with her mainmast fixed to a position. Although she will seldom venture out of sight of land, Black Dragon is equipped with state of the art navigational electronics including radar, sonar and a very sophisticated GPS system. |
